Notice of Race

 

Date:                            Saturday, June 3rd                                 Sunday, June 4th

 

Classes:                        Optimist (Red, Blue, White)              Laser, Laser Radial

Registration:                  9:00 – 10:00 AM

 

Skippers Meeting:            10:00 AM

 

Schedule of Races:  First Race 10:30 AM each day

 

Fees:                            $15 includes one lunch.   Additional lunches available for $5

 

Sailing Instructions:            Sailing Instructions will be distributed at registration.

                                    MAYRA membership required.

 

Rules:                           The race will be governed by Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the

prescriptions of USSA, MAYRA and rules of the various classes as they pertain to measurements and specifications.

 

Scoring:                        The Low Point Scoring (RRS A) will apply except that each boats

total score will be the sum of her scores for all races. Five races are

scheduled of which two races shall be completed to constitute a

series. This changes RRS A. No throw outs.

 

Awards:                       Following the last race each day.
