Regatta Information

MAYRA coordinates interclub racing among its member clubs. Regattas include back-bay dinghy and off-shore yacht racing. Dinghy racing presently includes youth sailing in Optimists, Sunfish, Laser (full rig and Radial), and Club 420's. Adult dinghy sailing competition is promoted on Sunfish, Laser and various 2- person boats. Many off-shore events involve these classes: J-24, J-105, PHRF.

Regatta awards are presented to winners by the host clubs. MAYRA recognizes winners of the annual Championship Regatta and also seasonal winners of various dinghy classes.
