Membership Information

At MAYRA, it's our mission to coordinate and promote the sport of sailing throughout South Jersey and its surroundings, improve communication within the sailing community of the region and provide education to advance the sport of sailing.

Membership Statement

Beginning in 2012 sailors of member yacht/sailing clubs are members of the Mid Atlantic Yacht Racing Association (MAYRA) and are eligible to compete in club sponsored invitational regattas and eligible for MAYRA awards.  Dues will no longer be required of individual sailors. 

Sailors of nonmember clubs are invited to sail in invitational regattas and may be eligible for club awards, but will be ineligible for annual MAYRA and MAYRA Championship awards.
